Registered Nurse Emergency Room

Job Summary:

Provides comprehensive nursing care to emergency department patients, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. Supervises nursing staff while collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated patient care.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patient health status by collecting and analyzing relevant clinical data.
  
  
• 
  Develop and implement individualized care plans targeting patient outcomes.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on health management and treatment options.
  
  
• 
  Delegate tasks and coordinate activities among healthcare team members.
  
  
• 
  Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Current RN license in the state of practice.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of two years recent experience in emergency or acute care settings.
  
  
• 
  Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  
  
• 
  Additional certifications: ACLS, PALS, and NRP from AHA or ARC.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrated strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to collaborate effectively within a high-pressure environment.
