Process Improvement Analyst

Serco

Serco is seeking a results-oriented Business Process Analyst II to support PBGC Contact Center operations. You will analyze and document business processes, support system enhancements and testing, and develop operational reports to drive continuous improvement. The role collaborates with leadership to optimize performance and service delivery for retirees and beneficiaries.
