Compensation: $55,000–$60,000 base salary + quarterly performance bonuses (total compensation potential up to $71,000–$88,000 annually)

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Corporate Paralegal – Estates & Trusts to support the preparation, review, and coordination of estate planning legal documents. This role is heavily focused on accuracy, document quality control, and client-facing coordination within a structured, team-oriented environment. The position works closely with internal service and advisory teams to ensure timely and precise delivery of estate planning materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare estate planning documents using established templates and guidelines
  • Review legal documentation for accuracy, completeness, formatting, and consistency
  • Verify names, dates, personal information, and other key details for correctness
  • Manage an assigned caseload and ensure timely completion of documentation deliverables
  • Maintain detailed client and case notes within Salesforce
  • Coordinate with attorneys and internal stakeholders on document preparation and review
  • Schedule and support client meetings related to document execution and presentation
  • Support overall workflow efficiency and assist with additional administrative/legal tasks as needed
  • Ensure adherence to internal quality and service standards

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm, financial services, or wealth management environment
  • Experience with estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Certified Legal Document Preparer (CLDP) required
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and proofreading accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
