Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Telemetry

Schedule

12H Day shift, every other weekend required.

Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 72 Hours Biweekly
Contract Weeks: 8

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse
• 2+ years of recent acute medical surgical with telemetry nursing experience required
• CPR and ACLS certifications required
• Epic experience required
• Ability to interpret and read own ECG strips
• Pass ECG/Telemetry and Medications test during onboarding with an 85% passing score

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a medical surgical telemetry unit
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop patient care plans
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care
