Remote Candidate Screening Specialist (US Hours)
Luminize
Luminize is seeking a Candidate Screening Specialist to own the qualification step between application and recruiter. You will review inbound applicants, conduct structured screening interviews, and keep accurate notes in our ATS while maintaining a consistent standard across the US hours (Pacific Time).
You'll screen for roles across our San Diego corporate team and Fort Worth warehouse operations, using a defined scorecard to advance only candidates who meet criteria.
