Job Description This company is looking for a top Business Developer to join a fast-growing, tech-forward restoration company based in the DSM area . They are seeking a highly motivated, autonomous individual with experience in business development within restoration or related industries. This role is an urgent need, and qualified candidates will be contacted ASAP! Info/Requirements Must bring in a strong book of business with local clientele. This is a well-respected, full-service restoration company specializing in mitigation, contents/pack-outs, and reconstruction, with a strong and growing recon department. On-site role with local travel to meet clients and build relationships. Role is primarily business development with limited estimating responsibilities. Looking for a mix of business development and light estimating , with a strong focus on relationship building. Must be comfortable guiding customers through the insurance process . Ideal candidate will serve as an insurance expert and trusted advisor for clients. Experience with restoration, construction, or home services strongly preferred. Someone who is highly tech-forward. Very autonomous role—company provides a laptop, gas card, debit card, toll tag, and a monthly stipend to manage your territory independently. Open to candidates bringing relationships from any source— all relationships are commission-eligible . Strong people skills, grit, integrity, and a self-starter mentality are essential.
