Quick Facts: Location: Rochester Hills, MI (3950 South Rochester Road) Start Date: 05/22/2026 End Date/Duration: Perm (Permanent) Shift: Outpatient Clinic Hours (flexible) Hours/Week: Full-time (40+ hours/week) Employment Type: Permanent License/Certs: Michigan Medical License, Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology with specialization in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI) Experience: Previous leadership or clinical experience in REI preferred Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary (discussed at interview) Hourly pay rate: $1.00 (note: this appears to be a placeholder; pay package discussed upon application) Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance (W-2) Retirement plans and long-term career leadership opportunities Relocation assistance CME allowance, paid time off, sick leave, and holidays Tuition reimbursement and employee assistance program (EAP) Paid licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements as applicable What You'll Do: Provide clinical leadership for the REI division within a leading facility in Rochester Hills, MI Oversee and develop reproductive endocrinology & infertility services Conduct diagnostic assessments and advanced fertility treatments Lead quality improvement initiatives and clinical standards Supervise multidisciplinary clinical teams and coordinate comprehensive fertility care Participate in strategic planning for reproductive medicine services Manage clinic operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards Engage in call coverage and weekend rotations as determined by leadership Support program growth and maintain high levels of patient care excellence What You Need: Medical license in Michigan and Board Certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology with specialization in REI (must not have lapsed) Previous leadership and clinical expertise in reproductive endocrinology & infertility Strong communication and team collaboration skills Ability to perform advanced reproductive treatments and procedures About the Assignment: This role is situated within a high-demand outpatient reproductive medicine program at a leading facility in Rochester Hills, MI. The division director will lead clinical practice, program development, and multidisciplinary team supervision, fostering excellence in reproductive health services in a supportive and dynamic environment.
