Quality Assurance Engineer - QA Automation

Salary: $135,000 - 180,000 per year Requirements:

• 5-10 years of testing experience with exposure to real-time trading systems
• Strong grasp of Equity Derivatives Markets
• Familiarity with FIX protocol and messaging API
• Practical experience in testing Fixed Income Trading Systems
• Comprehensive understanding of Test Life Cycle and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Profound knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies
• Exceptional problem-solving, planning, and analytical capabilities
• Strong documentation skills
• Excellent communication abilities, effective at all organizational levels and with clients
• Proven track record in managing and delivering high-quality projects within timelines
• Sound understanding of application integration and testing
• Extensive background in fixed income products, such as Interest Rate Swaps, US Equities, MBS, and US Treasuries
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Record test progress and manage incident tracking
• Conduct functional testing for electronic trading, pricing, and analytics systems
• Execute various test cases and execution suites
• Monitor issues identified during system integration testing and across the QA lifecycle
