This position offers exposure to plant leadership, inventory and cost analysis, profitability reporting, month-end close, and an upcoming SAP implementation. Responsibilities Inventory and standard cost analysis Variance and profitability reporting Month-end close, accruals, and reconciliations Fixed asset and inventory management Business partnering with operations and plant leadership Support ERP/SAP implementation initiatives Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of manufacturing accounting or finance experience Strong costing, inventory, and analytical skills Advanced Excel SAP experience a plus Self-starter with strong communication skills Why Consider It?
