Charge Nurse (RN)

Seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse (RN) to lead nursing services in a skilled nursing community. In this role, you'll provide clinical oversight , supervise nursing staff, and ensure resident care quality and regulatory compliance . Key responsibilities include administering medications, conducting resident assessments, updating care plans, and serving as a communication link between residents, families, and healthcare providers. You'll ensure adherence to policies, guide team members, and address incidents or concerns to maintain a safe environment.
