Join our dynamic team today and find a rewarding career with a company that values you and all you bring to the table.4th shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday- 6pm-6:30amPay Range: $27.50-33.50/hrAbout Your Role:As a Maintenance Technician II at our Dollar Tree Distribution Center, you'll support the reliability and performance of critical material handling and building systems. You'll play a key role in minimizing equipment downtime by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting complex electrical and control systems, and ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently. Your day-to-day job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:Maintenance & Troubleshooting:Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on conveyors, material handling equipment, lift trucks, dock equipment, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systemsTroubleshoot and repair complex electrical and electronic issues involving PLCs, motor drives (Servo and VFD), networks, and external I/O devicesDiagnose electrical problems using technical drawings such as blueprints and electronic/mechanical schematicsUtilize diagnostic tools including multi-meters, laptops, and other testing equipmentOperational Support & Safety:Follow established safety procedures and guidelines to ensure personal safety and the safety of all Distribution Center associatesMaintain organized work areas and promote a safe working environment within the Maintenance departmentOperate material handling equipment, battery equipment, moving machinery, and other powered equipment as requiredEnsure workmanship meets the highest quality standardsCollaboration & Documentation:Assist and support other maintenance technicians with repairs and equipment maintenanceCommunicate clearly with associates, suppliers, and leadership to minimize equipment downtimeComplete work orders, logs, records, and other written or computer-based documentation in accordance with established proceduresDevelop and expand knowledge of Distribution Center systems and equipmentContinuous Improvement:Initiate and implement new procedures or system improvements to maximize equipment efficiency and uptimeContribute ideas and designs to improve existing equipment and maintenance processesYour Required Skills and Experience:Coursework or certification in electronic technology plus 2 years of industrial maintenance experience specializing in electronic technology OR 3 years of industrial maintenance experience specializing in electronic technologyHands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing automated equipmentPLC/PC program knowledge with troubleshooting experienceIndustrial electrical experience, including 480V 3-phase, 110 VAC, and 24 VDC systemsAdvanced troubleshooting skills with PCs and industrial control devices and networksAbility to clearly communicate technical issues to business leadershipWillingness to work shift schedules, overtime, weekends, and/or holidays as neededCustomer service–oriented mindset and strong teamwork skillsPreferred Requirements:Associate's Degree in electronic technology plus 2 years of industrial maintenance experience specializing in electronic technologyYour Perks and Benefits:We offer a wide variety of rewards to support your health, wealth, and mental well-being.
