Banquet Server

The Party Staff has been in the industry for 35 years, providing top-notch staffing services to some of the most prestigious events and venues in the area and we are looking to add to our growing roster of Banquet Servers in San Diego, CA!

As a banquet server with our team, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional service to guests

• Setting up and breaking down banquet tables

• Ensuring a smooth flow of service throughout the event

• Providing great customer service

• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

To qualify for this position, you must have:

• Previous experience as a banquet server (or willingness to learn)

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

• Ability to lift and carry items up to 25lbs

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Pay rate: $18/hr to $22/hr depending on experience
