Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit

Our organization is currently looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team in San Antonio. This role involves providing evidence-based nursing care to adult and elderly patients who are in recovery from various conditions, including strokes, orthopedic issues, neurological disorders, and other complex medical situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their needs.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each patient.
• Administer medications and manage wound care and mobility challenges.
• Educate patients and their families about care processes and recovery strategies.
• Work collaboratively with therapists and physicians to ensure comprehensive care.
• Facilitate safe transitions of care for patients.
• Foster a compassionate, mission-driven, and team-oriented environment while mentoring junior staff members.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in rehabilitation nursing is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
