Job Description:

CHS Inc. is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in Class 8 fleet maintenance projects and at least one full lifecycle fleet/equipment maintenance deployment .

The ideal candidate will have experience with Cetaris CMMS deployment and/or Mastery Mastermind deployment/support . These are preferred but not mandatory.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 4 years of IT Business Analyst experience in Class 8 fleet maintenance .
• At least 1 full lifecycle fleet/equipment maintenance deployment .
• Minimum 1 year of experience conducting requirements-gathering workshops.
• Strong business requirements and process analysis experience.
• Experience working with cross-functional/matrixed teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and ask appropriate questions when needed.
• Strong time-management and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cetaris CMMS deployment experience.
• Mastery Mastermind deployment/support experience.
• Road Energy Transportation business experience.
• Snowflake integration experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and requirements and translate them into effective process and technology solutions within the fleet maintenance space.
• Ensure solutions remain aligned with the organization's global template.
• Work with team members and business stakeholders on business case development for new applications and functionality.
• Perform cost/benefit analysis and risk/impact analysis.
• Support Cetaris CMMS deployment activities, including reviewing ticket backlogs, prioritizing issues, and driving issues through resolution.
• Gather and analyze requirements for deployment to additional CHS product lines.
• Develop test plans and test cases and perform functional testing.
• Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Participate in unit testing and integration testing.
• Support, test, and enhance simple to moderately complex information systems.
• Work with senior team members to develop appropriate error-management functionality.
• Maintain detailed project and technical documentation.
• Provide new-user training for supported applications as needed.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful application deployments.
• Promote a strong safety culture and comply with all applicable safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Identify and communicate workplace hazards and assist in correcting unsafe conditions or actions.
• Manage priorities effectively while working independently and collaboratively.
