Personal Care Aide

Responsibilities: Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being. Help with meal preparation and planning according to dietary needs. Monitor and record clients' health and report any changes to healthcare professionals. Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments and activities. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Follow care plans and ensure client confidentiality and dignity. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving preferred. Prior experience in personal care or home health care is a plus. Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes. Must pass background checks and drug screenings.
