Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-7 years Aggregate Mining and related Raw Materials Plant Production experience
• Computer proficiency required
• SAP experience would be a plus
• Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE")

Responsibilities

• Provide the necessary leadership to plan, direct, organize, coordinate and control mining and production
• Ensure proper staffing and monitor inventory status at the Plant
• Analyze and monitor production efficiency / productivity
• Initiate and implement production and scheduling related programs that maintain safe operations
• Communicate with site crew and supervise team to maintain production and efficiency
