WOC Nurse Specialist - Wound & Ostomy Care

Trinity Health MI is seeking a Nurse Specialty – Wound, Ostomy, Continuance RN for part-time coverage. Primary days, 40 hours bi-weekly, Monday–Friday with department flexibility. You will provide advanced wound/ostomy care across the inpatient population, develops care plans, and supports post-discharge follow-up.
