Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) Location: Fresno, CA Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 DOE Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite About the Role We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our leadership team as a Clinical Supervisor. This role provides clinical oversight and supervision within a housing and behavioral health program serving individuals experiencing homelessness, severe mental illness, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinician looking to step into leadership or an established supervisor seeking meaningful work with a highly vulnerable population. The Clinical Supervisor will provide direct supervision to a team of clinicians while partnering with program leadership to ensure high-quality care, regulatory compliance, staff development, and positive client outcomes. What You'll Do Provide clinical supervision to unlicensed clinicians pursuing licensure Review assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation for quality and compliance Serve as a clinical resource and consultant for multidisciplinary teams Support clinicians in managing complex behavioral health cases Conduct chart audits and documentation reviews Facilitate case consultation and treatment planning discussions Deliver staff training and professional development opportunities Participate in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring clinical staff Support quality assurance initiatives and program improvement efforts Collaborate with program leadership to ensure exceptional client care Ideal Background We are looking for clinicians who have experience working in community-based behavioral health settings and are comfortable serving high-acuity populations. Strong candidates may come from: Community Mental Health Homeless Services Behavioral Health Programs County Mental Health Agencies Housing First Programs Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Intensive Case Management Programs Substance Use Treatment Programs Required Qualifications Active California LCSW license Licensed for a minimum of two (2) years Eligible to supervise ASWs and student interns Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) Experience working with severe mental illness, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions Strong understanding of community mental health systems and underserved populations Excellent clinical assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills Preferred Qualifications Previous clinical supervision experience Experience working with homeless populations Experience in Medi-Cal funded programs Leadership or program management experience Familiarity with multidisciplinary treatment teams Why Join Us?
