We are currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a temporary opportunity in a Long-Term Care facility in Haverhill, Massachusetts. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Previous LTC or skilled nursing experience preferred
