• Job Setting: Inpatient; 6 beds in department; EMR System: MEDHOST
• Types of Cases: Call Only (Beeper); Rounding unassigned patients; Admissions required; Approximately 3 patients per shift; Call response time: 30 minutes; Support staff includes 2 RNs
• Credentialing: Estimated credentialing timeframe: 10 days; Temporary privileges available; Fellowship required (2 years)

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required
• Certifications: PALS required; Additional certifications required (see facility for details)
• Licensure: Active Tennessee license required (IMLC not accepted); Malpractice insurance provided by vendor

• Ventilation Management - Newborn (Acute: Required; Chronic: Preferred)
• Ventilation Management - Pediatric (Acute: Required; Chronic: Required)
• Intubation ETT/NT - Newborn and Pediatrics: Required
• X-ray Interpretation: Required
• EKG Interpretation: Required
• PA Catheter: Required
• Exchange Transfusion: Required
• Suturing Minor Lacerations: Required
• Circumcision: Required
• Swallow Studies: Required
• Central Line: Preferred
• Arterial Lines: Preferred
• UVC: Preferred
