Production / Assembly Associate – Day Shift

Interstate Window & Door Company | Pittston, PA
$15.66/hour starting pay
Monday–Friday | 6:00AM–2:30PM + overtime in accordance with production schedule

• Overtime paid for hours worked over 40/week

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Production / Assembly Associate, you will:

• Assemble window and door components using hand and power tools
• Work on a manufacturing/production line to meet daily goals
• Use measuring tools (tape measure) to ensure accurate builds
• Maintain quality standards and inspect finished product
• Follow safety procedures and company processes
• Cross-train in different departments as needed

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking reliable team members with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ year of assembly, manufacturing, or production experience (preferred)
• Comfortable using hand tools (cordless drills, screw guns, etc.)
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Quality-focused mindset
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Dependable transportation and strong attendance

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours/day)
• Manual dexterity to operate hand and power tools
• Ability to work overtime when required

Basic Qualifications

• Ability to read and measure to 1/16-inch intervals
• Ability to operate tools such as screwdrivers, saws, knives, pneumatic tools, and battery-powered screw guns
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• Ability to meet attendance and punctuality expectations
