Goodwill Industries of North Louisiana is seeking an accomplished Director of Finance to join its executive leadership team. This role focuses on strategic financial management to advance employment opportunities and workforce development for the nonprofit sector.

There is a clearly defined opportunity to transition into the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role within approximately six months, based on performance and completion of the transition plan.
