Responsibilities:

• Perform ultrasound examinations as ordered by physicians to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
• Operate ultrasound equipment to capture high-quality images of internal organs and tissues.
• Analyze ultrasound images to identify abnormalities or potential pathologies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document all procedures in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure accurate image interpretation and patient care.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to minimize risk to patients and staff.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or higher in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field.
• ARDMS Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with patients and team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining attention to detail and patient care standards.
