Compensation: Hourly Base Pay + Uncapped Commission

What You'll Do

Retail Sales & Customer Engagement

o As a Sales Associate, you'll help customers find the best Xfinity solutions for their needs while maximizing your earnings through consultative selling and exceptional customer service.

o You'll promote:

· High-Speed Internet

· Xfinity Mobile

· Home Security Solutions

· Cable Television Services

· Voice Services

· Smart Home Products

Sales Responsibilities

· Present and sell Xfinity products and services to new and existing customers

· Build value around products and service packages

· Identify customer needs and recommend customized solutions

· Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales performance

· Consistently meet and exceed sales goals

· Execute proven sales closing techniques

· Maintain product knowledge and stay current on industry trends

Customer Service Responsibilities

· Deliver exceptional customer experiences

· Build strong relationships with customers

· Resolve customer concerns professionally

· Achieve high customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores (NPS)

· Create a welcoming and engaging retail environment

Team & Store Responsibilities

· Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals

· Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards

· Participate in ongoing training and development

· Support company initiatives and promotions

Qualifications

Required

· High School Diploma or GED

· Reliable transportation

· Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

· Ability to stand for extended periods

· Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn
