Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in the Tulsa Metropolitan Area for a Construction Estimator. Responsibilities include preparing detailed cost estimates, performing quantity take-offs, managing budgets, and contributing to cost management strategies. The estimator will collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and competitive pricing and effective project planning. Qualifications

- Strong skills in Construction Estimating and performing Quantity Take-offs
- Experience in Cost Management and Budgeting
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with project teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in construction software and tools is preferred
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Punctuality and strong organizational skills to manage deadlines
- Previous experience in construction estimating is a must
