Industrial Maintenance Technician$30-$40/hr | Bonus & Profit Sharing | Advanced Manufacturing Environment

This is a hands-on role supporting advanced manufacturing equipment in a clean, organized facility. You'll troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, work with PLC-controlled systems, perform preventative maintenance, and help improve equipment reliability in a production environment that values skilled maintenance professionals.

• Troubleshoot and repair automated production equipment and facility systems.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues.
• Work with 3-phase and 480V electrical systems.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to identify and resolve issues.
• Support a safe, efficient, and high-performing manufacturing operation.

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with PLCs, automation, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
• Self-driven problem solver who enjoys working on complex equipment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Northfield, MN.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
