We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Worker to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. This role involves product handling, assembly, line support, and quality checks. Candidates must be comfortable with physical work, repetitive tasks, and mandatory overtime.

Production Line Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 17.50 to $ 18.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available (Monday through Friday)

• Hang products on the line according to ticket instructions.
• Reload and maintain production line flow
• Read, process, and scan production tickets
• Pick and prepare parts from the warehouse
• Perform quality checks to ensure product accuracy
• Assemble various types of office furniture with small hand tools.
• Assist with spot welding parts.
• Rotate between positions as needed
• Follow all safety and quality standards

Production Line Qualifications:

• Previous production or factory experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to communicate in English
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed. No set out time and Saturdays will be required.
• Candidates must have steel toed boots.
• Candidates must be comfortable working with hand tools.
