This role is ideal for a physician who is passionate about community health and enjoys providing thoughtful, consultative care to patients with chronic and complex medical needs. Role Overview We are looking for a physician who preferably has experience in OB and Prenatal Care and is comfortable serving in a consultative role. You will help guide and oversee the care of our Chronic Complex patients, ensuring they receive comprehensive, coordinated support.
