Vice President Investment Banking

We're working with a leading independent investment bank on a Vice President hire within their Industrials Group in Dallas. The team has built a strong reputation as a specialist advisor across the industrials sector. Active deal flow & real execution exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute M&A and capital markets transactions across the industrials sector, spanning sub-verticals including business services, building products, infrastructure, specialty manufacturing, and related services
• Manage all deal stages from origination to completion, including preparing marketing materials, financial models, and client presentations
• Take a lead role in running valuations, conducting industry research, and coordinating due diligence processes
• Support and mentor junior team members while working closely with senior bankers on client development and relationship management

Ideal Background:

• 4+ years of investment banking experience, or MBA with 2+ years of IB experience
• Experience advising clients in the broader industrials space preferred but not essential
• Strong M&A execution track record with excellent financial modelling and valuation skills
• High energy, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to work quality
