HVAC Certified Apartment Maintenance Supervisor Alton, TX $25-$27/Hour + Weekly Pay Are you an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor with HVAC certification and leadership experience? Competitive Weekly Pay Medical & Dental Benefits Available Temporary, Temp-to-Hire & Direct Hire Opportunities Work with Top Property Management Companies Career Growth and Advancement Potential Paid Sick Leave and/or PTO where applicable by law What You'll Be Doing: • Lead and oversee daily maintenance operations for the apartment community • Manage service requests and ensure timely completion of work orders • Coordinate apartment turns and prepare units for move-ins • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances • Schedule and oversee larger community maintenance projects • Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections • Supervise maintenance staff and prioritize daily assignments • Assist with painting, drywall repairs, caulking, pressure washing, and grounds maintenance as needed • Maintain excellent resident relations and customer service standards Required Qualifications: HVAC/EPA Certification (REQUIRED) Previous Apartment Maintenance Experience Preferred Previous Maintenance Leadership or Supervisory Experience Preferred Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance CPO Certification Preferred but Not Required Reliable Transportation Own Basic Hand Tools Ability to Lift 40-50 lbs.
