Position Overview

We are hiring an  Entry Level Sales Representative to lead customer engagement efforts across retail and event environments. This position combines sales performance, customer service, and creative marketing initiatives. What You’ll Do

Drive Sales

• Engage with customers in retail stores and event venues to promote products and services
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals through consultative selling and product demonstrations
• Educate customers on product features and provide personalized recommendations
• Build lasting relationships with customers, clients, and vendor partners

Marketing and Promotions

• Assist with planning and executing in-store and event marketing campaigns
• Represent the brand at trade shows, local events, and pop-up activations

Customer Experience

• Deliver professional, friendly, and knowledgeable service to every customer
• Resolve inquiries quickly and effectively to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all product lines and current promotions

Event Execution

• Support coordination of event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site engagement
• Represent the company in a polished, enthusiastic, and customer-focused manner

Tracking and Improvement

• Monitor individual and team performance metrics and submit weekly reports
• Share feedback and creative ideas to improve sales campaigns and customer outreach strategies

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, retail, marketing, or event promotions
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Creative problem solver with a proactive, hands-on attitude
• Comfortable working independently and within a collaborative team
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends for events
• Positive, energetic, and customer-driven personality
