Relationship Banker

Primary Office Location: 330 College Ave., Oakmont, Pennsylvania, 15139. Position Overview Relationship Banker – Retail Business Unit. Reports to the Branch Manager. The incumbent is responsible for executing branch leads, handling customer transaction requests, and identifying opportunities to convert transactions into qualified sales or referral leads. The role requires adherence to all F.N.B. policies, procedures, and Core Values and may involve work at various market locations. Primary Responsibilities Promotes the sales process through greeting customers, identifying customer service and product needs, leveraging sales leads, and outbound calling. Make appropriate recommendations in the selling and cross‑selling of bank products and services. Identify and achieve individual weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager. Incorporate F.N.B. digital products and services into customer interactions. Use F.N.B. approved branch technology to input and maintain effective data quality for all referrals, customers, and applicants. Maintain the completion and lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards. Perform routine operational duties, including traditional teller transactions and other operational tasks according to established policies and procedures. Perform other related duties and projects as assigned. Act as a risk manager by understanding, reporting, responding to, and monitoring risk as required by F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program. Minimum Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED. Experience: 0 years of job‑related experience. Skills: Excellent customer service skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented. Proficiency with a personal computer and job‑related software: MS Word (Basic), MS Excel (Intermediate), MS PowerPoint (Basic). Experience in a related banking position. Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, consumer products, and services. Sales and customer service skills.
