Responsibilities:

• Verify accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions by conducting thorough Drug Utilization Reviews and Final Quality Assurance checks in compliance with state and federal Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Promote and implement clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) to enhance patient care and grow prescription volume.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy manager to align departmental objectives with key performance metrics, focusing on effectiveness and efficiency.
• Assist in inventory control by monitoring weekly sales trends and managing pharmaceutical stock orders to meet customer needs and support profitability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required
• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
• Current Pennsylvania Immunization Certification
