Medical Receptionist - Van Nuys
Pediatric clinic in Van Nuys is looking for a receptionist to join their front office team! This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and gain extensive healthcare experience!

Requirements:
- 6+ months of experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Experience with EMR systems
Job Description:
- Registering new patients within EMR system.
- Expediting patient referrals to specialty offices.
- Completing referral requests as needed.
- Ensuring complete and accurate patient registration.
- Providing clinical information to specialists.
- Coordinating with review organizations and insurance companies.
- Reviewing referral details with patients.
- Answer phone calls.
- Utilize Athena EMR system
Work Site:
- This is a fully on-site position in Van Nuys, California.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Job Type & Location: This is a contract to hire position based out of Valley Glen, CA 91405.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
