As an Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various events ranging from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and promotional activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and organization of events from start to finish.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials.
• Support the preparation of event materials, such as signage, badges, and giveaways.
• Help manage event registrations and attendee communications.
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
