Data Architect/Analyst

We are seeking a Data Architect/Analyst to analyze, develop, and optimize data warehouse that supports business intelligence, analytics application. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand data requirements, define architecture standards, and ensure efficient integration of data across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize ETL processes to support data integration and transformation requirements.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into data solutions.

Support business intelligence and analytics initiatives by ensuring data availability, quality, and consistency.

Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and best practices.

Conduct risk assessments and identify opportunities to improve data management processes.

The posted range is the hiring range for this role — a subset of the broader range available to employees over time — and reflects base salary across our national hiring scale. Final offers are based on several factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, internal pay equity, work location, market conditions for the role, and the specific scope and responsibilities of the position. The top of the range is reserved for candidates who notably exceed the requirements; the lower end applies to those with less experience or fewer preferred qualifications. For positions based in higher-cost zones (e.g., California, New York, New Jersey), actual compensation may exceed the posted range; your recruiter will share specifics during the process.

Base Compensation Range: 120,000 - 130,000
