Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care

Up to 150K Base Salary | Flexible Schedule | Outpatient Only

Join a collaborative, patient-focused primary care team as a Family Nurse Practitioner. We currently have two openings-one at our main clinic and another at a satellite location-offering an excellent opportunity to grow your practice in a supportive environment that values teamwork, autonomy, and work-life balance.

Your Role

As a key member of our primary care team, you'll manage your own patient panel while working alongside an experienced team of providers dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Practice Highlights

• Manage your own panel of patients
• Provide the full scope of outpatient primary care services
• Work within a multidisciplinary, team-based care model
• Minimal call responsibilities of just 2-3 times per month
• Receive 8 hours of protected administrative time to effectively manage your patient panel

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
• Flexible scheduling options tailored to your needs and patient demand
• No inpatient or hospital responsibilities

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Previous experience in a primary care setting required
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
• Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary up to 150,000 , depending on experience
