Commercial Lead Carpenter (Metal Stud & Drywall) Pay Range: $22.00 - $40.00/hour (Based on Experience) Location: Azusa, CA 91702 Schedule: Night Shifts Mandatory + Weekend Availability Job Overview Top Pay. We are looking for a skilled craftsman to support high-profile commercial projects for recognizable name-brand clients. This is a Night Shift position. What You Will Do Perform tasks across all phases of commercial construction with a focus on quality and safety Execute metal stud framing and drywall installation Perform interior and exterior framing, finish carpentry, layout, and measurements Cut and install doors, frames, windows, and hardware Assist with on-site troubleshooting and maintain a clean, safe work environment Collaborate with supervisors to meet project timelines Qualifications Night shifts are mandatory; weekend availability required based on project needs Commercial construction experience preferred (metal stud, drywall, hardware installation) Willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic Must own basic and specialized tools required for the job Projects are typically within commuting distance; occasional travel may be required Reliable transportation and strong communication skills required Compensation & Benefits $22.00–$40.00/hour (DOE) Monthly truck allowance Year-end bonus opportunity Twice-monthly pay with overtime opportunities 401(k) retirement plan with company match Health & Wellness Medical, dental, and vision insurance Pet insurance and Aflac options Work-Life Balance Paid time off (holidays, vacation, and sick leave) Per diem provided for travel projects Ready to Build with the Best?
