Your Clinical Mission Holistic Therapy: Delivering individual, family, and group sessions that address trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and more. Collaborative Care: Partnering with families and community agencies (like CPS and DDD) to ensure a "whole-picture" approach to healing. Actionable Growth: Creating individualized treatment plans that serve as a roadmap for long-term success. Continuous Learning: Participating in weekly supervision with our Clinical Director to sharpen your skills and advance your career. What You’ll Need to Join Us Education: Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. Licensure: LAC, LMSW, LPC, or LCSW (Associate-level clinicians receive supervision toward independent licensure!). Experience: 3+ years working directly with children; familiarity with CBT/TF-CBT is a major plus. Age: 21+ years old. Clearances: Valid AZ Driver’s License, Fingerprint Clearance Card, and CPR/First Aid certification.
