Automotive Service Advisor

Role Overview The Sales & Service Advisor serves as the primary customer contact, assisting clients in understanding vehicle needs, recommending services, and ensuring a seamless, professional experience. Key Responsibilities Greet customers courteously in person and over the phone, utilizing standardized customer service techniques. Listen to customer concerns, document details, inspect vehicles, and verify service history to accurately identify needs. Recommend appropriate services, clearly communicate additional suggestions from technicians, and document all recommendations. Promote sales of services, parts, and accessories through product knowledge. Provide accurate quotes, update customers on service progress, and explain warranties during checkout. Follow procedures for billing, review inspections, and ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up calls. Track returns and warranty parts; perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or equivalent; at least 18 years old. Prior experience as a Service Advisor is preferred but not required. Professional appearance, process-driven mindset, and valid driver’s license. Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays.
