Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide patient care in a medical-surgical unit with a 6:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including LPNs and PCTs
• Utilize Meditech EMR system for patient documentation
• Administer care for post-operative burn and flap patients, including wound and dressing care
• Ensure proper use of equipment like Hoyer lifts, air taps, and wound vacs

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Minimum 1-year acute care hospital Med/Surg experience
• BLS certification
• Preferred: Burn Care experience, Wound Care, Ostomy Care experience
• Preferred: ACLS certification
