What You’ll Do Day-to-day responsibilities include: Greet guests and create a welcoming, professional atmosphere Help customers navigate products and answer questions about cannabis options Provide recommendations based on customer needs and preferences Ensure every guest leaves with a positive experience Process purchases using the point-of-sale system Handle cash and electronic payments accurately Prepare and package orders for customers Store Operations Assist in multiple areas of the dispensary including reception, sales floor, and order fulfillment Help receive, organize, and stock inventory deliveries Maintain clean, organized retail and storage spaces Follow all company policies and state cannabis regulations Work closely with your teammates and leadership to keep operations running smoothly Support the team with additional tasks as needed during busy periods What Makes You a Great Fit We’re looking for people who: Enjoy working with customers and creating great experiences Are dependable, detail-oriented, and organized Communicate clearly and work well with a team Stay calm and efficient in fast-paced environments Are eager to learn about cannabis products and the industry Qualifications At least 21 years old High school diploma or GED required 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred Comfortable handling cash transactions and using POS systems Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Able to obtain a state Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card after hire Cannabis industry experience is helpful but not required —we’ll train the right candidate.
