Our commitment to quality and innovation drives us to enhance the lives of those we serve. Summary We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead our operations at Wilbea Medical Equipment. This role is crucial in overseeing branch activities, driving sales growth, and ensuring operational excellence. The Branch Manager will play a key role in advancing our mission to deliver high-quality medical equipment. Compensation will largely be based on management/DME experience. Responsibilities Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies. Lead and develop a team of staff members, fostering a positive work environment. Drive sales initiatives to achieve branch revenue goals and expand market presence. Implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness. Manage profit and loss statements, ensuring financial targets are met. Develop strategic plans for business growth and market penetration. Coordinate project management efforts for new product launches or initiatives. Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the medical equipment industry or related field. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Demonstrated success in sales and business development strategies. Experience with profit loss management and financial analysis.
