Care Manager

- Employer is seeking effectively communicative, competent, reliable, like-minded personal helper and companion for hands-on assistance with various weekly tasks requiring assistance. Work activities include assisting to normalize and upgrade daily lifestyle, achieve goals, occasional travel to farmers market, shopping, cleaning, organizing, assistance to effectuate various self-reliance and natural lifestyle goals. The primary worksite is a rural multiacre organic living site, wherein employer, with an arm injury, requires assistance with optimizing normal daily activities, his hobbies and, hands on assistance when required to best achieve goals. Employer seeks to interview energetic, capable, communicative person who, in part understand plus may share the employer's interests and long-term sustainability goals involving natural health, fitness surrounding an intended more self reliant and sustainable rural lifestyle involving use of resources to make life easier and is initially seeking a part time or eventually a sincere full-time helper. 2. The current goals are assisting employer with daily inside and outside - around site requirements such as cleaning organizing preparation for winter establishing/maintaining and moving reliably forward with hands on misc. ongoing project assistance leading to a coordinated, optimized, and normalized daily lifestyle. Assistance goals are intended to enable employer to more easily move forward with and to achieve daily tasks, miscellaneous projects, assisting where and when required to aid employer with various ongoing planned and/or as needed w. hands-on involvement in support of activities of daily living plus to optimize daily function and lifestyle goals. 3. Responsibilities: 4. Ensure employer's site and surrounding area is clean, safe, orderly and comfortable 5. Ensure the necessary equipment and supplies purchased are stored available and ready available for access and use 6. Be the first point of contact for employer to share his needs and intended goals 7. Establish an organizational system - items, documents, purchased food / other items 8. Conduct occasional (bi-weekly) meetings to help focus on establishing and achieving priorities 9. Alert employer of important topics requiring further action 10. Assist with opening and organizing postal, etc. items 11. Identify and collect necessary information and assist to print and mail employer's necessary paperwork to complete various necessary communications 12. Complete required tasks in a reasonable, timely manner 13. Occasional nursing and related duties as assigned or notified 14. Discuss various additional work-related tasks as required 15.
