Maintenance Technician

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Stokesdale, NC

Pay Range: $29/hr

Shift: Evenings 3pm - 11:30pm Mon-Fri w/ OT as needed

What's the Job?

• Support production operations by leading complex maintenance activities with team collaboration
• Mentor and train junior technicians to enhance team skills and efficiency
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment to perform maintenance tasks
• Read and interpret mechanical and wiring diagrams, service manuals, and troubleshooting guides
• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and safety checks on manufacturing equipment

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of technical training or 5+ years of related experience
• Advanced knowledge in mechanical devices, electrical controls, electronics, or PLC troubleshooting
• Prior Lockout/Tagout experience
• Basic computer skills and good mechanical aptitude
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members
