Requirements

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
• Experience operating an Order Picker (Cherry Picker) and Reach Truck, or willingness to learn
• Ability to work at heights up to 24 feet
• Comfortable using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet productivity goals
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

Job Duties

• Pick customer orders accurately using an Order Picker (Cherry Picker) and Reach Truck
• Put away incoming inventory into designated warehouse locations
• Move products from inbound staging areas to assigned storage locations
• Stage and load outbound shipments
• Operate RF scanners and Warehouse Management System (WMS) equipment
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards
• Verify inventory locations and maintain inventory accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

As a Material Handler you will receive, move, stage, load, unload, organize, and transport materials throughout warehouse or manufacturing operations. You will verify inventory, maintain accurate product locations, prepare materials for production or shipment, assist with inventory control, and help ensure safe, efficient movement of products while following established workplace procedures.
