Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Specialist
Location: Remote (Preference for candidates located near a major office location)
Shift: First Shift
Hourly Pay Range and Other Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $36.00 - $50.00 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Employment Type: Contract (3-6 Months)
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Standard Business Hours

Job Summary:

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring for a contract opportunity with a highly respected professional services organization. This role will support recruiting operations and talent acquisition initiatives, helping ensure a seamless candidate experience while partnering with hiring managers, recruiters, and external agencies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Create and maintain job requisitions within Workday.
• Review and screen resumes for open positions.
• Manage candidate workflow and recruitment activity within the ATS.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with recruiting agencies regarding candidate submissions, interviews, and offers.
• Support sourcing efforts through referrals, job boards, social media, and other recruiting channels.
• Post and update job advertisements as needed.
• Assist with offer coordination and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records, reports, and documentation.

Requirements :

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Coordination, Recruiting, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Workday experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting professional services, legal, corporate, consulting, or similar environments is a plus.
• Law firm recruiting experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
