Summer Marketing Intern
The Summer Marketing Intern will support The Management Group's marketing team in executing digital, on-site, and brand initiatives across multiple apartment communities. This hands-on role provides real-world experience in multifamily marketing, social media strategy, brand management, and property-level execution.
This internship is ideal for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented student who is interested in marketing, branding, or digital media and wants exposure to both strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing & Analytics Support
- Assist with Marketing IQ updates and data entry
- Support CRM IQ reporting and tracking
- Help complete marketing audits for assigned properties
- Assist in compiling performance summaries and insights
- Digital & Content Creation
- Brainstorm and develop social media content ideas for multiple apartment communities
- Create branded Canva flyers and marketing collateral
- Assist with email blast creation and formatting
- Upload and organize vacant unit photography
- Support basic website updates and content adjustments
- Property & Event Support
- Participate in property visits
- Assist with community event setup and marketing
- Capture on-site photos and video for social media
- Support leasing teams with promotional materials
Team Exposure & Learning
- Shadow members of the TMG Marketing Team
- Observe campaign planning, vendor coordination, and digital strategy execution
- Participate in marketing meetings and brainstorming sessions
- Gain exposure to multifamily lead funnels and performance tracking
