Title
Registered Nurse - Cardiac Telemetry

Schedule
Shift: Nights, 3 x 12-hour shifts

Assignment Details
Patient Population: Adults recovering from cardiac interventions and hemodynamically stable cardiac patients

Requirements
- Minimum: 2 years of experience preferred/required
- Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- Experience with cardiac telemetry and dysrhythmia interpretation
- Skills in management of vasoactive drips (no titration), blood product administration, and IV starts
- Charting system: Epic (experience required)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patients recovering from cardiac interventions
- Provide post-operative care for patients following cardiac surgery and other procedures
- Administer medications and manage treatments per protocol
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding care plans and recovery

Compliance / Notes
- License: State or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal
- Onboarding: Core items/labs must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing
- All requests for time off (RTO) must be listed at submittal
