Location: Portland, Oregon

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday

Candidate Pay Rate: $72 - $50.4 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients to assess functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve independence in daily activities
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercise programs
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation of patient progress

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Active Oregon OT license or eligibility to obtain
Rehabilitation experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Education

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical assessment and evaluation
Treatment planning and intervention delivery
Patient education and caregiver training
Collaboration with interdisciplinary team
Documentation and record-keeping
Rehabilitation experience
